Black Friday Campaign
Design an omni-channel marketing assets to promote Black Friday to maximise profitability and sales.
The Challenge
Clothes2order had a successful Black Friday Campaign in 2018. The success of 2018’s performance encouraged other competitors to implement offers and promote earlier than expected.
Clothes2order wanted to achieve 10% YoY growth, to increase the email mailing list by 10% along with an increase in campaign awareness.
To achieve this goal we create an omni-channel campaign for the launch of Clothes2order's Black Friday sale. By aligning the marketing campaign across different channels, using segmentation and targeting to create personalised offers.
To monitor the success of the campaign we collected data from Google Analytics, Adestra and PPC traffic so that we could optimise offers to maximise profitability and sales where necessary.

- 10% Open Rate
- 7% Click Through Rate
- 4.2% Conversion Rate
- Accounted for 54% of revenue in the time period 2nd Nov - 2nd Dec 2019
